  • How much does membership cost after the 7-day free trial?

    Membership is just $29.95 per month or $99 year (best value!). You can cancel at anytime right from the website - there are no contracts and you don't need to call us. Your membership includes our dropship service plus a free upgrade to Gold pricing, access to our eBay Wizard, access to our inventory feeds and $20 in free merchandise.   • How much profit can I make?

    Profits depend on your markup and the marketplace. We offer suggested retail prices on all products. Click here to see some sample profit margins.

  • Can I see all your products with pricing before I sign-up?

    Absolutely! Just click the Products icon at the top of the site.

  • Is there a minimum order?

    There is no minimum order with your membership. You can order as little as one product at a time (exluding the Bulk Buys category).

  • Do you provide an inventory feed?

    Free inventory files are included in your membership. Inventory files are available in CSV and XML formats and are updated several times daily. You can get our full inventory file or create your own custom file. We also have pre-formatted templates for Shopify, Bigcommerce, Volusion, 3Dcart, Amazon and more...

  • How are products shipped?

    Products are shipped via UPS ground, FedEx, or USPS (depending on the weight and the product line). Most orders ship same day if you place your order before 10:00 am Pacific Time. Orders are usually received within 5-7 days from the day you place your order.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping costs vary by product line. Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Some product lines use actual carrier rates and some have flat rate shipping.

  • Do you drop-ship?

    Yes. We will ship directly to your customer and put your business name or web address on the packing slip. The packing slip and address label will say "Customer Service" with our PO Box address on it (this way your customer can make returns to us without knowing who we are). No pricing information is listed on the packing slip. There is no additional charge for drop shipping. You pay just the normal shipping charges.

  • How do I know how much to charge my customers for shipping?

    We show you the shipping charge for each item on the item details page or you can add it to your cart to calculate it. You may need the recipients zip code.

  • How do I get images of your products?

    You can save the images from our website or we provide image links at no additional charge. We also give you free access to the cloud image page.

  • Do you provide online tracking numbers?

    Yes, all of your orders can be tracked online from our website and we email you the tracking number as soon as your order ships.

  • If I sell through online auctions, how do I know you won't run out of stock?

    Our website shows the current inventory count for each item. We have an Email Alerts system which will automatically email you whenever any item falls below 100 units in stock, goes out of stock, gets discontinued or comes back in stock. If you use our exclusive ebay Listing Tool, your listings/auctions will automatically be updated and removed if an item goes out of stock.

  • How do you handle returns/refunds/exchanges?

    In general, if an item is broken or defective, we will send out a replacement or issue credit to your account. Non-defective/non-damaged returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days and we will credit your account minus a 20% restocking fee.

  • Do your products have any guarantees or warranties?

    We guarantee that every product we sell will be as pictured and described and will be free from defect. If you or your customer receives an item that does meet not this guarantee, we will issue you a full refund or provide a replacement.

  • How do I place an order?

    Place your order on our website or call us. You can also automate the ordering process via our API (programming required).

  • How long does it take to receive an order?

    Orders process and ship within 1-2 business days. Orders typically arrive within 5-10 days.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We only ship within the United States and Canada. Only blue dot (home and garden decor) and gray dot (jewelry) items ship to Canada.

  • How long have you been in business? How do I know I can trust you?
