are shipped via UPS ground. We ship out within 48 hours. Shipping
times average 7-10 days from the day you place your order.
How
much does shipping cost?
Shipping
costs are based on the wholesale total of your order. Each order
has a minimum shipping charge as specified.

example, if the wholesale total of your order is $100, and you
choose UPS Ground for shipping, your shipping charge is $25.00.
If
you ordered two $10 items, for a total of a $20 order, you shipping
cost would be $8.95.
Volume Shipping: For UPS Ground orders over $800.00 your
shipping costs are just 12% of your total order.
If
you're not sure how to figure the shipping cost of an item,
just add it to your shopping cart. The shopping cart will automatically
calculate the correct shipping for you. Then you can remove
it.
Tip:
To calcuate shipping at a glance (for UPS Ground), if your wholesale
total is less than $32.00, your shipping will be just $7.95
for that order. If your wholesale total is $32.00 or more, multiply
your total by 25%.
Our
shipping rates are the equivalent of just 10% of the RETAIL
total of your order, which is competitive with the shipping
rates of other companies.
All
our shipments are insured at no additional charge.
Do
you drop-ship?
Yes!
We will ship directly to your customer and put your business
name or web address on the packing slip. The packing slip and
address label will say "Customer Service" with our
PO Box address on it (this way your customer can make returns
to us without knowing who we are while at the same time saving
you the cost of shipping back to us). No pricing information
is listed on the packing slip. There is no additional charge
for drop-shipping. You pay just the normal shipping charges.
How
do I know how much to charge my customers for shipping?
We
provide shippings charts on our website which you can use for
your customers. There are also shipping tables on the order
forms in our catalogs so that your customers will know how much
to add for their shipping. We have set up the shipping chart
so that the shipping charges to your customer are reasonable,
but in almost every case will more than cover the amount we
charge you.
How
do I get images of your products?
It's
easy and free - just copy them from our website! Or, you can
order our Image CD if you want to save time and work. We also give you free access to link to the images on our image server and free FTP access.
Do
you provide online tracking numbers?
Yes,
all of your UPS orders can be tracked online from our member's
only website and we automatically email you the tracking number as soon as your order ships.
If
I sell through online auctions, how do I know you won't run
out of stock?
You
can check the member's website for detailed stock status information
before starting your auction. We are typically 97-99% in stock
(one of the highest rates in the industry). We also have an
Email Alerts system which will automatically email you whenever
any item falls below 100 units in stock, goes out of stock,
gets discontinued or comes back in stock.
How do you handle returns/refunds/exchanges?
If
an item you or customer receives arrives broken or seems defective
in any way, simply contact us and we will send out a replacement
or issue credit to your account, whichever your prefer. Non-defective/non-damaged
returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days and we will
credit your account minus a 20% restocking fee.
The
bottom line is we want to keep you and customers happy and provide
top-notch service so that you look good to your customers. To
that extent, we do everything possible to quickly rectify any
problem order.
Do
your products have any guarantees or warranties?
We
guarantee that every product we sell will be as pictured and
described and will be free from defect. If you or your customer
receives an item that does meet not this guarantee, we will
issue you a full refund and pay for the return shipping.

do I place an order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We do not take orders by mail nor do we accept checks or money orders.
How long does it take to receive an order?
We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days via UPS
ground. Orders typically arrive within 7-10 days.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship within the United States and Canada.
